Pastor Trina passionately serves alongside her husband, Pastor JJ Hairston, as one of the Senior Pastors at The Gathering Place of Washington, D.C. Their shared mission is to shepherd, nurture, and mend their community through the transformative power of love, prayer, empathy, and the timeless teachings of the Gospel. 

 

Pastor Trina Hairston is the Founder of Ancient Oil Conference.

A Conference whose vision is to provide a sacred and dynamic space where the timeless wisdom of the old church converges with modern culture, culminating in powerful manifestations and demonstrations of the Holy Spirit.

This conference is held yearly in April in Washington, DC. 

 

Among her many roles, Pastor Trina finds her greatest joy in motherhood, cherishing her three children, James L. Hairston IV and his wife Mian Hairston, Janay L. Hairston, and Jayelle L. Hairston, and reveling in her role as 'YaYa' to three grandchildren, Milah, Psalm, and James V.
